It’s a card hold, not an upfront charge, and it’s typically placed 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout if no issues are reported. If there’s damage or extra charges, the host can submit a claim within 48 hours after checkout. If a guest disagrees with a charge, they can message the host to discuss it. ★ STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The property is perfect for family trips, group getaways, and relaxing stays, but it is not intended for large parties, one night stays, or disruptive events.
